All lessons are pre-recorded so you can go at your own pace. The content will be given in a dripped manner, allowing you to move on to the next lesson as you complete each section. This prevents you from getting overwhelmed or ahead of yourself.

This is not a physical product, but rather an online digital program with options to download and print the items you wish to have a copy of at your own discretion. Any group meetings will be recorded live via Zoom and uploaded to the course portal for replay within 48 hours for those who were unable to attend.

At this time our course is only available in digital PDF and video format. You can print the entire bundle and have it bound at your local office supply store, or you can print it to keep in a 3-ring binder if you’d like. You could also realistically download the content in your digital files on your computer to access later.

I will be the first to admit that CDA is not right for everyone. The course curriculum was developed based on advanced techniques, and therefore attendees should be advanced crocheters in order to grasp the content. If you are not able to veer from crochet patterns or create crochet pieces without the use of a pattern, then CDA may be too advanced for you.

Attendees need to not only be artistically inclined, but also be able to have a firm grasp of the mathematical concepts required to create a crocheted item from scratch.

Students will also need to be self-motivated and disciplined, as you will be required to actually do the work in order to benefit from the program.

Before enrolling in Crochet Design Academy you should already know how to read and follow a crochet pattern efficiently.

You should be an advanced crocheter who is able to create crochet pieces from scratch without the use of a crochet pattern, or at least be able to veer from a crochet pattern to alter a crochet piece as desired.

You must also be artistically inclined, as that is not something that can be taught.

The beauty of pre-recorded lessons is that you could realistically listen to the lessons while you clean your house or while you are running errands, instead of trying to meet up for live lessons, which is one of the main reasons the lessons are pre-recorded.
